Shipping Policy

Pieces can be returned for exchange, store credit or cash back within 3 days of receipt in good condition.

The piece must have the product tag on it, not been stained, or washed. 

Pieces customised to your size or design can be altered but not returned.

Customer is responsible for delivery cost of returned package and the welfare of the package until we receive

Kindly ensure it is properly packaged to avoid any damage on the way.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it will be returned to you

Refund is on pieces purchased only, delivery charges are not inclusive.

There is no refunds or exchange on sale pieces.
